SERIES X3 RD 6

The final round of the Series X3 has approached and Angus is within championship podium contention. Currently in P3, Angus just has to fight hard and continue his consistency streak to maintain that position.

Qualified P5, Angus was determined to keep with the top pack and make up some positions. Angus lived up to that goal by finishing Race 1 in P4, and was ready to continue to climb until the gear box gave way resulting in him dropping some spots during Race 2. This dropped him to P5 in the championship meaning the next day had to be full of hard work and skilled racing to bring him back up in the championship.

By the conclusion of Race 4, Angus had managed to climb back up to P4! Putting him back in the championship with one more race to go. A drama filled last race happened where another gear box went! But Angus managed to climb back across the finish line in P5 and claim his best season finish to date.

Finishing the year celebrating P3 in the championship and Rookie of the Year is incredible, and a huge thanks to the entire Angus Baills Racing team is in order! We are super excited for what is to come for next year so stay tuned!
